I, have viewed the proof for my wedding album and I fully approve of this proof as ready to print and do not require any changes to be made. I understand that once ordered, my album will take up to 4 weeks to come in. 

 

Additionally, I understand that my album will be ordered using the exact details of this contract and once the order is placed I can no longer make any changes. I understand that my typed signature below is binding and that my album is non-refundable or exchangeable once ordered.
